San Diego Chargers have managed to sign their franchise quarterback with a contract to a franchise-wide. The Chargers announced that Philip Rivers has signed a contract extension until 2015.

The team did not disclose terms of the contract, but Michael Lombardi of the NFL Network has confrimado the deal was for 6 years and $ 92 million, with about $ 38.5 million guaranteed.
