San Antonio Spurs (26-13) @ Miami Heat (8-33)

This line is going to go nowhere but up, up, and up, so I suggest you jump on it ASAP! Shaq is out, maybe forever, Dwayne Wade is trying to carry the team and coming up short, and in general the Heat can’t put a decent game together. They’ve lost 14 games in a row as this is being written, but the truly disturbing part of it all is that they’ve lost against the spread in 13 of those 14 games! That’s unheard of in professional sports. I would imagine this line will sky-rocket and I would also imagine this is the last chance to go against the Heat as the books will start wising up and making them ridiculous underdogs. The Spurs aren’t exactly hurting for a win, but they could use the confidence boost after an inconsistent few weeks. There isn’t a single positive aspect of the game I can see on paper, or even think of, that the Heat do better than the Spurs. Miami’s inside presence wasn’t that intimidating with Shaq, just imagine what Tim Duncan and the Spurs are going to do in the paint with the big guy out. It would be foolish not to expect a blowout in this spot.
