Apple appears to be cracking down on sexually explicit applications for sale in its App Store as one and then another racy app becomes unavailable.

TechCrunch has what a developer says is an email describing the decision to pull his program. “We have decided to remove any overtly sexual content from the App Store, which includes your application.” The company says it has received complaints and “changed our guidelines appropriately.”

TechCrunch attempted to corroborate the letter and Twitter rumors, and was unable to download apps like “Exotic Positions,” though other similarly prurient programs were still available. Apple isn’t without compassion. “Thank you for your understanding,” reads the letter to the developer. “If you believe you can make the necessary changes so that Wobble iBoobs (Premium Uncensored) complies with our recent changes, we encourage you to do so and resubmit for review.” Those would be some changes.
